“ Plenty of food options in the menu. The food quality was good, it was worth it for the price. They have plenty of dessert options as well. We were lucky to be seated immediately, but I think the default is for this place to be packed during busy hours. Coffee was good also. ”

“ Such a great spot! The staff were super nice and really made us feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely care—so friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. We tried a few things, but the Shrimp Popcorn was an instant favorite—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. And don’t even get me started on the Chiffonel Cake… light, fluffy, and not too sweet—absolutely perfect to end the meal. Everything was fresh, tasty, and clearly made with love. “ Their food is a revelation for me actually, better than some of the expensive restaurants we’ve visited, ambience is okay, customer service definitely is excellent although there’s some little hiccups with the orders but they act upon it quickly but the best thing is their food. Pumpkin Soup, Roast Beef, Salmon, Salads, Steak and Walnut Cheesecake, so sooo good! ”

“ Café Noelle is one of my favorite restaurants at SM Clark. Every time I visit the mall, I always make it a point to stop by and dine here. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which adds to the pleasant experience. The place is spotless, has a unique and cozy ambiance, and is very easy on the eyes. And of course, the food is absolutely delicious! Some of my top picks are the Grilled Chicken Salad, Chicken Pesto Pasta, and Pork Ala Pobre. Shoutout to Tiffany for the amazing service! This dining experience felt extra special because of her warm welcome, bright smile, and bubbly, lively personality. ”

“ Somewhat expensive. The food was made to order so you need a lot of patience waiting for your food. Happy with the roast beef order. Soft beef slices, the gravy and garlic rice was good too. Would hope for a bigger portion on the rice because the beef was that good. The bacon wrapped chicken was good too but the presentation was not that appetizing and the portion was too small for the price. White sauce for the chicken was good. Calamari order was satisfactory. Bit bland if eaten alone but dipping sauce made up for it. Not sure if it was meant to be not crunchy and just a bit on the gummy side? Will we come back again? Not anytime soon. Do we recommend? Yes but manage expectations please based on the food we ate. Hope the management improve their serving and plating. Everything else was great. ”

“ Visited the cafe for coffee and dessert and it was worth it! My family and I enjoyed the cakes, coffee and cucumber juice that we ordered. We especially loved the chifonelle, dayap, and caramel walnut cheesecake! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating; they catered to my dad’s bulk orders of meringue and crinkles. Will visit again when we return to Pampanga! ”

“ Cheapest and Best Australian rib eye steak in town and super tasty. Craving satisfied. Just an advice, to perfect the service, please serve the food altogether so your guests can enjoy their food all at the same time. What happened was food came one at a time in which others were watching the first food served eating. Actually i ask the server to serve the pasta platter 1st but they served the roast beef. Thank you so much for delicious foods and ambiance. We will surely comeback soon. ”
